Process

If you’ve never hired an architect, it’s only natural to be a bit apprehensive about the process. That’s why we set expectations ahead of time. We walk you through a thorough estimate of costs and timing. We explain every aspect of the design and show you samples of materials to help you visualize the final result. If you have worked with an architect before, you may be surprised at the level of detail in our construction documents. That’s because we want to give you the most holistic picture possible.

Maintain Control

At Domiteaux Garza Architects, we believe every project deserves ongoing oversight and we keep our clients comfortably in the loop. We have a short list of seasoned contractors with whom we’ve worked before. We’re equally picky about subcontractors such as cabinet makers or landscape designers. Even once your project is staffed, we keep close tabs on construction. In fact, if you swing by your site, you just might run into someone from our team. We see your project right through the punch list and beyond, and if you require a tweak or two after you’ve settled in, we’ll still be there for you.
